What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. Name, email, optional company, service, budget, and the message you send us. We use this to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to scope and invoice the project.
  • Server logs. IP address, user agent, timestamp, and the URL you requested. Used for basic abuse prevention (rate limiting the contact form) and site operations. Retained up to 30 days.
  • Cookies & local storage. We store your theme preference (light/dark) in your browser's local storage. That's it. We do not use advertising cookies.

What we don't collect

  • We do not run third-party trackers, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
  • We do not profile you for targeted advertising.

Where your information goes

When you submit the contact form, it's delivered via Gmail SMTP to our inbox. The email is stored in Google Workspace per Google's retention policies and our own.

When we invoice you, billing information is handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of any future contact at any time. Email privacy@four13studios.comand we'll respond within a reasonable time (generally within a week).
